What is the status of my order?

My tracking information shows that my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
A) Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email.
B) Check with your neighbors or household members if they accepted the delivery on your behalf.
C) Reach out to your local courier/post office to inquire about the package's delivery status.


If you still cannot locate your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will investigate the issue promptly.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Our orders are packed on the same day and shipped on the next day of purchase.

Why is there no tracking information available for my order?

Tracking information may take some time to update, especially during high-volume periods or if the order has just been dispatched. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated on the courier's website. If you still don't see any updates after a reasonable time, contact our customer support team for assistance.

Do we offer discreet packaging for orders?

Yes, we understand the importance of privacy. All online orders from Slimjim are delivered in discreet packaging to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. Your details such as Name, Contact number & Address will be mentioned on the package for smooth delivery process, there is no invoice attached on the package.

Is there a minimum order value required to place an order with Slimjim?

What is the return and exchange policy?

  • We offer a "no questions asked" replacement policy on certain products , if you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
  • For other products and categories, the return and exchange eligibility is subject to the seller/brand policy. We encourage you to read the product description carefully and check the eligibility before placing an order. You can also connect with our customer support executive and confirm eligibility prior to purchase.
  • If you wish to return or exchange a product after 7 days of delivery, you may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we can provide you with a store credit against the amount, which you can use for future purchases on our website
